Booking & Appointment Policy

This policy outlines the terms for booking, rescheduling, and attending sessions with TSM. By booking a service with TSM, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking Confirmation

All sessions must be booked through the official TSM website or authorised booking platform.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email or message has been issued.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct contact details and booking information are provided at the time of booking.

 

2. Rescheduling an Appointment

We understand that schedules may change.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without penalty.

Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accepted.

Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to an administrative fee.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Where cancellation is made within the required notice period, clients may choose either:

to reschedule the session, or

to receive a credit for a future session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for a refund or credit.

 

4. Late Arrival

Clients are expected to attend their appointment at the scheduled time.

A 10-minute grace period will be allowed.

If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened or cancelled depending on scheduling availability.

Session times cannot be extended due to late arrival.

 

5. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If a client does not attend the session and no notice has been given, the booking will be treated as a missed appointment.

Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

 

6. Refunds

Payments for confirmed sessions are generally non-refundable, except in the following situations:

Duplicate payments

Technical errors during booking

If TSM cancels the session and cannot provide a suitable alternative appointment

Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Attend their scheduled session on time

Ensure a reliable internet connection for online appointments

Engage respectfully throughout the session

TSM reserves the right to end a session without refund if behaviour is abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate.

 

8. Changes or Cancellations by TSM

In rare circumstances, TSM may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

Where this occurs, clients will be offered either:

a new appointment time, or

a full refund, where appropriate.

 

9. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session with TSM, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Appointment Policy.
