1. Processing Time (Order Preparation)
Processing time is the period required to verify, package, and prepare your order for dispatch.

Standard Processing: All orders are prepared within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

Personalised or Pre-Order Items: These may require slightly longer depending on design and availability. Extended processing times will always be clearly noted on the product page.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Estimates
Delivery time begins after dispatch. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs, postal strikes, or peak seasons.
Standard Delivery — £2.99
Estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery — £4.99
If you’d like your order a little sooner, Express Delivery is available for £4.99.
This small upgrade helps us prioritise your parcel and use a faster courier service.
FREE Standard Delivery — Orders Over £50
Automatically applied at checkout.
(Express Delivery is still available for £4.99 if you prefer a faster option.)
International Shipping (Outside the UK & Nigeria)
Standard International — £9.99
Estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
FREE International Delivery — Orders Over £80

3. Carriers We Use
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely:

DPD / Parcelforce: Express services, larger parcels, and premium tracked international deliveries
Shipping charges are flat-rate and displayed at checkout based on your delivery country.
4. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Tracking Information: Provided by email once your parcel ships (for tracked services).

Delivery Confirmation: Once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier, Faith Treasures cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

Delayed or Lost Parcels: If your order is significantly delayed, contact us. We will raise a formal investigation with the courier. Investigations can take up to 10 working days.
5. Important Disclaimers
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
We cannot refund or replace parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll assess and arrange a replacement or refund.
International Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These are determined locally and are outside our control.
