2. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorisation.

• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order.

• Contract Formation: A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

• Refusal: If an item becomes unavailable, or if there is a pricing or stock error, we will notify you and issue a full refund before dispatching the item.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted providers such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

• Faith Treasures does not store your full card or payment details.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout will remain unchanged for that specific order.

4. Personalised & Custom Items (Important Exceptions)

Personalised and custom-made items are created specifically for you.

• Finality: Once production has begun, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind, as they are exempt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details (names, text, dates, spellings) are correct at the time of ordering.

• Warranty: By submitting text or designs, you confirm you have the legal right to use them and that they do not infringe on any third-party’s intellectual property.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate.

• Variations: Colours, materials, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or the handmade nature of some items. Minor variations are not considered faults.

• Quality Assurance: We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires all goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

6. Processing, Shipping & Returns

Processing: Orders are usually prepared within 3–7 business days. Personalised or pre-order items may require longer.

• Delivery Estimates: Delivery timelines serve as guidance only. Carriers may experience delays outside our control.

• Carriers: We work with trusted partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and Parcelforce.

• Returns & Refunds: Full details, including eligibility and process, are outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

• Risk: Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the item is delivered to the address provided.

7. Liability & Indemnity

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the price paid for the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Exclusions: We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from misuse of products or failure to follow care instructions.

• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil orders due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, postal strikes, severe weather).
