Returns & Refund Policy

At Faith Treasures, every item is crafted and packed with care. We hope you love your purchase, but if there’s ever a problem, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described (covered under your statutory rights), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Your legal right to a full refund for faulty goods remains valid for 30 days from delivery.

 

Please include:

 

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

 

2. Non-Returnable & Custom Orders

 

Many of our items are personalised or made to order, and therefore exempt from standard distance selling regulations.

 

This means:

 

  • Personalised or custom items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind once production has started or after delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements for personalised items are only issued if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

 

Non-personalised items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

 

3. Return Process

 

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to return your item.

 

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

4. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

 

  • Approved refunds are issued immediately and returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days(processing time depends on your bank).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • If a refund is approved for an item purchased during a sale, the refund applies to the sale price paid.

 

5. Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Pre-Orders & Custom Production

 

 

Pre-order and personalised items are made especially for you.

 

  • Estimated dispatch dates are stated on each product page.

  • By placing a pre-order, you understand that production or delivery times may vary slightly due to supplier timelines or seasonal demand.
