Do you ship to Nigeria?
Yes, we do — and we’re always happy to serve our Nigerian family.
All Nigerian orders are handled through our Instagram page @faithtreasures, where we guide you personally from start to finish.
How do I place an order from Nigeria?
Simply send us a DM on Instagram.
We’ll walk you through the available items, confirm stock, and help you place your order quickly and smoothly.
How does delivery work within Nigeria?
Delivery is arranged through trusted local couriers.
Timelines vary depending on your location, but we’ll always keep you updated and aim to get your treasures to you as soon as possible.
Are all products available for Nigeria?
Most items are available.
However, a few personalised or delicate items may not be eligible for international dispatch. If you’re unsure, just ask we’ll check and confirm for you.
How do I make payment for Nigerian orders?
Once you place your order via Instagram, we’ll provide the available payment method and guide you through it safely and securely.
When will Christmas orders ship?
Christmas dispatch begins from 8th December.
If items become available sooner, we ship immediately.
How long does order processing take?
3-5 working days. Pre-orders may take longer.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes — express options appear at checkout.
Can I schedule delivery?
Not at this time.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to select destinations including the US and Canada.
Do you ship to Nigeria?
Yes — Nigerian customers can order through Instagram (@faithtreasures).

How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming items. Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on each product page.
When should I place Christmas orders?
We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
When does Christmas dispatch begin?
From 8th December.

No — gift orders never include price information.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes — there is a message box at checkout.
Do you offer personalised items?
Yes — some items include personalisation options directly on the product page.
Can personalised items be returned?
Only if they arrive damaged or with an error on our side.
ORDER SUPPORT
I haven’t received my order — what should I do?
Please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it quickly.
Can I change my order?
Changes may be possible if your order has not yet been processed or produced.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible before your order is processed and shipped.
Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes — if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please send a photo of the damage and your order number via our Contact Page.
I received the wrong item — what should I do?
Please send a photo and your order number — we will resolve it as soon as possible.
PACKAGING & MATERIALS
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Our current mailers are durable plastic to protect your order.
We encourage reusing or recycling them and are exploring eco-friendly options.
What comes in the packaging?
